Job DescriptionRelease Manager SummaryOversee Release Management of all SBS products to ensure no adverse impact to production services and ensure the technical integrity of the applications. Ensure implementations are approved and that only the correct, authorized, and tested code versions are installed in production environments. Troubleshoot and resolve failures to promote production code. Support continuous enhancement of the Release Management process to meet required business needs. Maintain current Release Management tools, documents, and reports.The SBS Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) focuses on Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
