## About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, bi-lingual (Spanish & English) individual who can work with an amazing group of compassionate people who are dedicated to providing the best care to our clients and their families., * High School Diploma or equivalent

 * Two years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
 * Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written & verbal)
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
 * Homecare experience is a plus
 * Knowledge of homecare software a plus

## Description

* Be at your desk and ready to work by 8:30 AM.
 * Provide excellent customer service, including answering incoming calls on the first ring in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner; transferring calls appropriately; and taking accurate messages.
 * Demonstrate open, respectful, and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, caregivers, and clients.
 * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
 * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client service calendar.
 * Keep the general email inbox organized, current, and free of backlogs.
 * Support the Director of Client Care Coordination with scheduling tasks and daily operational needs.
 * Support the Director of Compliance with onboarding tasks, documentation collection, and compliance tracking for new hire caregivers.
 * Support the Director of Nursing with tasks related to supervisory visits, 60-day visits, reassessments, and documentation follow-up.
 * Ensure all new hire documentation is collected promptly, downloaded, saved to the correct folders, and entered accurately into all required software systems.
 * Track caregiver expiring documents, certifications, evaluations, and follow up proactively to ensure timely renewals.
 * Assist with preparing for annual accreditation surveys and maintaining year-round readiness.
 * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
 * Monitor and document daily administrative tasks, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
 * Assist with verifying caregiver credentials, background checks, and eligibility requirements as needed.
 * Ensure ordering and replenishment of office supplies and maintain inventory awareness.
 * Demonstrate initiative by identifying workflow improvements, offering suggestions, and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
 * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, the Director of Compliance.
