Talent Needed for Success * Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including: + Data Elements (DEs) and Critical Data Elements (CDEs) + Metadata and data lineage + Data quality rules, metrics, and exception management * Ability to analyze datasets to identify data issues, inconsistencies, and risks. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguity. * Experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments. * Background in data stewardship with progression into governance-focused responsibilities. * CDMP certification (preferred but not required). ## Description The Technology Data Office (TDO) is responsible for improving the quality, consistency, and trustworthiness of technology data across DTCC by providing data governance oversight in a systematic and federated manner. As a Senior Associate within the Technology Data Office, you will play a critical role in operationalizing DTCC's Data Governance Policy, Standards, and Procedures across assigned business and functional domains. This role focuses on executing and supporting day-to-day data governance and data stewardship activities that strengthen governance, accountability, compliance, and data quality-ensuring enterprise standards are applied consistently. This position operates in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and works closely with agile, cross-functional delivery teams, data stewards, data owners, project managers, and technology partners to reduce data risk and improve Data Office adoption across the enterprise.
