## About the Role

We are seeking a Deployment Technician to support a large-scale enterprise device refresh and asset management initiative. This role is responsible for the deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement of endpoint devices while ensuring a seamless experience for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment., * 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, device deployment, or endpoint support.

 * Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Windows Autopilot.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise desktop environments.
 * Experience deploying and supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
 * Familiarity with asset management platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
 * Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Experience supporting large-scale hardware deployment or refresh projects.
 * Experience working in structured, process-driven environments.
 * Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory control processes.
 * Experience maintaining asset records and CMDB documentation.
 * Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management best practices.
