Any experience supporting applications that use Azure OpenAI, generative AI, or related AI services is helpful. Azure certifications, ITIL experience, and a computer science degree are helpful but not required. Why Consider This Role? Work authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. ## Description We are seeking senior application engineers to support sophisticated Azure-based applications used by a global organization. Long-term (24 mo +) contracts, Hybrid 3 days/week onsite (Tue, Wed, Thurs). These are hands-on technical roles-not help-desk or traditional support-management positions. You will solve difficult production problems, guide a distributed onshore/offshore support team, and work closely with application development and program leadership to improve reliability and performance.
