Desired: * 11+ years BI development with Oracle Fusion HCM analytics preferred. * Oracle Analytics Cloud or BI Publisher certification. * Experience with federal HR analytics (EHRI, GHRR, HCAAF, DEIA, FEVS). * Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data model and OTBI subject areas. * Experience with predictive analytics (Python, R, OAC ML). * Experience with HCM Extract for bulk data transfer. * Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies (OIC, OCI) in HCM/ERP environments. ## Description CACI is seeking a Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization initiative deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide government leadership and HR stakeholders with real-time workforce insights, compliance reporting, and predictive analytics.
