Using proprietary integration middleware together with technologies such as IBM MQ, CICS, Db2 and API-enabled services, you will deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing integration solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Working as part of a global engineering team, you will help evolve strategic integration platforms, troubleshoot complex development integration issues, and contribute to the delivery of modern API-based integration across our mainframe estate. Required Technical Skills IBM z/OS & Mainframe * Strong experience developing or supporting applications on IBM z/OS. * Good understanding of CICS, Db2 and COBOL. * Experience analysing application flows and troubleshooting complex technical issues. * Experience using Endevor, Jira, SNOW, or equivalent source management tools. Integration Technologies * Experience with IBM MQ messaging. * Knowledge of API integration technologies, including z/OS Connect EE or equivalent mainframe API frameworks. * Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. * Experience implementing secure, resilient integrations between distributed and mainframe applications. * Understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integration principles. Development Support * Experience supporting and resolving integration issues. * Knowledge of monitoring and diagnostic tooling such as OMEGAMON, Fault Analyzer and dump analysis. * Understanding of workload scheduling tools such as TWS is also desirable., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. * Experience working within Agile delivery teams. Basic Requirements * 8+ years of experience designing, developing, supporting, or integrating applications and services on IBM z/OS platforms. * 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise integration solutions using IBM MQ, CICS, or related mainframe integration technologies. * 3+ years of experience designing, developing,or supporting APU-based integrations using Rest APIs, z/OS Connect EE, or equivalent integration frameworks.
