## About the Role

Capgemini is seeking Salesforce Gov Cloud Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience leading large-scale CRM and digital transformation programs within highly regulated environments, including government, aerospace, defense, or FedRAMP-compliant implementations. Ideal candidate should be based in either one of the locations: Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA. Open to consider candidtaes from other locations.

## Description

* Acts as the primary client-facing leader responsible for governance, executive stakeholder management, scope, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery.
 * Proven experience managing hybrid delivery models with onshore and offshore teams while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud, Government Cloud Plus, and security-controlled environments involving CUI, ITAR, and other regulated data.
 * Partners with client leadership, Salesforce, and delivery teams to align implementation strategy, roadmap, staffing, and business outcomes while ensuring quality and value realization.
