 * Ability to work effectively across departments and with team members
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Performance-driven mindset with high attention to detail, * Two or more years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), or willingness to learn
 * Two or more years operating a CMM
 * Experience or interest in CMM programming
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
 * Experience as a First Article Inspector
 * Familiarity with PC-DMIS and Geomagic inspection software
 * Knowledge of AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DISCUS software
 * Experience with a ROMER / Absolute Arm
 * Understanding of mathematical and statistical principles used in inspection
 * Experience using basic measurement equipment for part and product inspection, 2+ years

## Description

* Perform first article inspections on new and existing products
 * Create, write, and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM
 * Review complex blueprints and part assemblies to prepare CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS
 * Collect, analyze, and report on inspection data
 * Conduct in-process inspections using existing CMM programs
 * Troubleshoot dimensional discrepancies found in CMM reports
 * Collaborate with engineering and quality personnel to discuss and resolve inspection results
