You excel at distilling high complexity + capability into something incredibly simple for the user. * Technical fluency: You have a conceptual understanding of how LLMs, agent harnesses, and tool-calling work - enough to collaborate with engineers on system constraints and agent capabilities. * Zero-to-one systems thinking: You are comfortable creating entirely new interaction patterns from scratch rather than just maintaining/leveraging an existing UI component library. * Builder's mentality: You are comfortable using AI-native tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Figma) to quickly put together and iterate on concepts. ## Description Convey is hiring a Design Engineer to own problems from statement to outcome: defining, designing, building, testing, and shipping the experiences through which non-technical operators train, manage, and trust AI teammates.
