## Description

Seeking a customer-focused IT professional to provide after-hours support for network and system-related issues. This role handles incoming technical requests, monitors alerts, creates and updates tickets, escalates incidents when needed, and helps ensure services remain available. *This role is onsite and cannot support c2c candidates., * Respond to support calls and technical inquiries

 * Monitor systems and investigate alerts
 * Document incidents and maintain ticket accuracy
 * Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
 * Communicate status updates during service disruptions
