Verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Konzeption und Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Lösungen Strategische und wirtschaftliche Planung und Einführung eines Life-Cycle inkl. der IT-Architektur der IT Services Installation und Betrieb von Datenbanken im Bereich BI, MMSQL / Cybase Administration im Bereich Active Directory Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der DMS-Systeme Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Konzernrichtlinien Management von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit der IT-Infrastruktur und dem IT-Betrieb Verwaltung der lokalen IT-Infrastrukturarchitektur und -komponenten Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern Helpdesk im 1st und 2nd Level Support für die verantworteten Systeme
