Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von internen IT-Anfragen sowie Unterstützung, Beratung und Schulung von Benutzern Verantwortung für die Vor-Ort und remote Administration der IT-Infrastruktur Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Verwaltung und Pflege der User-Accounts sowie Vergabe von Zugriffs- und Nutzungsrechten Verantwortung für die Administration der Windows-Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Storage Systemen Mitarbeit an interessanten IT-Projekten zur Verbesserung der Backup- und Recovery-Prozesse
