Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Betreuung der Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Servern, Netzwerken, Storage-Systemen und Virtualisierungsumgebungen Durchführung von Systemoptimierungen, Updates und Upgrades sowie Überwachung der Systemleistung und Fehlerbehebung Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich der optimalen IT-Lösungen und Unterstützung bei der Definition von Anforderungen Dokumentation von Systemarchitekturen, Prozessen und Konfigurationen sowie Schulung der Anwender bei Bedarf
