## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Cloud-Backend-Umfeld.
 * Fundierte Python-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (Azure, Kubernetes, CosmosDB oder vergleichbar).

 * Erfahrung mit Event Sourcing ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
 * Du denkst über den Code hinaus: Was braucht es, damit ein Thema wirklich abgeschlossen ist?
 * Du gibst und nimmst Feedback - zu Spezifikationen, Code und Architekturentscheidungen.
 * Die Fähigkeit, Wissen verständlich zu vermitteln und andere weiterzuentwickeln.

## Description

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Architektur unserer Cloud-Plattform und bist gleichzeitig Ansprechpartner für unsere Entwickler. Du begleitest Themen von der Anforderungsdiskussion bis zum stabilen Betrieb. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen insbesondere:

 * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Backend-Services auf Basis von Azure, AKS, Python und CosmosDB.
 * Mitgestaltung der System-Architektur - von Event-Driven Design bis hin zu robusten Integrationsmustern wie Retry und Outbox Pattern.
 * Qualitätssicherung auf Spezifikationsebene: Du fungierst als Sparringspartner für fachliche und technische Anforderungen.
 * Mentoring und Wissenstransfer im Team - du hilfst unseren Entwicklern, besser zu werden.
 * Sicherstellen von Observability und Ops-Tauglichkeit unserer Services mit Grafana und OpenTelemetry.
 * Mitarbeit an CI/CD-Prozessen und Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards.
