## About the Role

* Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) der Informatik, Softwaretechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie 2 bis 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Platform Engineering, Cloud-Architektur oder DevOps.
 * Container & Kubernetes: Solide Kenntnisse im Kubernetes- und Container-Umfeld (Docker, Helm, K8s-Architektur).
 * Automation & CI/CD: Routinierter Umgang mit Linux-Systemen, Shell-Scripting, CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. GitLab CI) sowie IaC-Tools (Terraform, Ansible).
 * Programmierung & Security: Gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen mit MLOps-Frameworks, Secret Management (Vault) und Auth-Diensten (Keycloak, OIDC).
 * Sprachen & Soft Skills: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz und Freude am Wissensaustausch im Team.

## Description

In der Abteilung "Operationelle Analyse und Studien" entwickeln wir modernste militärische Simulationsumgebungen, KI-Verfahren (u. a. Deep Reinforcement Learning) sowie agentic data-fusion und multi-agent solutions für ISR für Bundeswehr, NATO und EU. Um unsere KI-Modelle effizient zu trainieren und zu betreiben, bauen wir hochverfügbare, skalierbare Cloud- und MLOps-Infrastrukturen auf. In dieser Rolle bildest du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Infrastruktur und KI-Entwicklung.

Diese Stelle ist auch mit reduzierter Wochenarbeitszeit und angepasstem Aufgabenbereich möglich., * Plattform- & Clusterbetrieb: Aufbau, Skalierung und stabiler Betrieb von Kubernetes-Clustern (z. B. MicroK8s, Vanilla K8s) im Entwicklungskontext sowie in clientseitigen Air-Gapped-Umgebungen.

 * Infrastruktur-Automatisierung: Konsequenter Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) und Aufbau automatisierter CI/CD- sowie GitOps-Pipelines (z. B. mit GitLab).
 * MLOps-Integration: Nahtlose Integration von Machine-Learning-Pipelines und KI-Trainingsläufen in die Cloud-Infrastruktur zur Unterstützung der Data Scientists.
 * Observability & DevSecOps: Einrichtung von zentralem Monitoring und Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) sowie direkte Integration von Sicherheits- und IAM-Standards (z. B. Keycloak, Vault) in die Pipelines.
 * Agile Kollaboration: Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen, interdisziplinären Team aus Softwareentwicklern, Data Scientists und externen Partnern.
