## About the Role

* Mindestens 3 Jahre hauptberufliche Erfahrung im Pentesting oder in der offensiven IT-Sicherheit
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active-Directory-Angriffspfaden, Windows- und Linux-Internals, Netzwerkprotokollen und Cloud-Identity
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Python, PowerShell und Bash, inklusive eigener Tooling-Entwicklung sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung
 * Bereitschaft, sich in Themen außerhalb des eigenen Kerngebiets einzuarbeiten
 * Fähigkeit, Findings sowohl auf Administrations- als auch auf Geschäftsführungsebene zu vermitteln, und Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops
 * Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
 * Zertifizierungen (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO o. ä.), CVEs oder eigene Veröffentlichungen sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung

## Description

OHB Digital Services führt Penetrationstests und Security-Beratung für Mittelstandskunden durch und arbeitet parallel in institutionellen Raumfahrtprojekten (u. a. ESA) an Security auf Systemebene. Wir suchen dafür Verstärkung mit technischer Breite und direktem Kundenkontakt.

 * Penetrationstests von Web-Anwendungen, internen Netzen, Active Directory, WLAN und Cloud-Tenants (Azure/M365)
 * Red Teaming, OSINT-Analysen und Phishing-Simulationen
 * Scoping, Berichterstellung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse beim Kunden
 * Security-Anforderungen, Hardening-Konzepte sowie Architektur- und Code-Reviews in institutionellen Projekten
 * Gerne auch Themen jenseits des Pentestings: ISMS, IT-Forensik, SIEM/NDR und Awareness-Workshops
