Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Monitoring von IT-Systemen und Mobilen Geräten Organisation des Hard- und Softwarebetriebes, inkl. Durchführung von Tests, Updates und Backups sowie die Übernahme des Usersupports Eigenverantwortliche interne Serveradministration sowie die Übernahme der Client-Betreuung Analyse und Fernwartung von IT-Störungen und der damit verbundenen Dokumentation von Ticketsystemen, inkl. Optimierung von kritischen IT-Prozessen Mitwirkung bei der strategischen und technischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturen Verwaltung von Benutzerdaten und Rechtevergabe für verschiedene Anwendungen und Systeme
