This role will lead and work hands-on with a small team to proactively identify, design, and deliver automation that replaces manual processes, improves visibility, and drives measurable productivity gains. As an AI-first company, this role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and AI. You will champion the use of AI, intelligent automation, and modern tooling to fundamentally improve how the business runs, not just make existing processes slightly faster.
