## About the Role

* Demonstrable commercial experience as a senior or lead software engineering working on modern websites or digital platforms with proven full stack engineering skills including front end technologies (React or Next.js). Additional experience with Python / Django for back-end would be desirable.
 * Strong understanding of front-end web architecture including React, Headless CMS and relevant CI/CD pipelines.
 * Exposure with AI tools for engineering efficiency.
 * Experience with scalable, cloud-based secure web platforms, preferably integrating CRM, marketing analytics or payment transactions.
 * Experience with line-management of direct reports and performance appraisals would be beneficial.

## Description

Based a few miles south of Cambridge, this not-for-profit organisation is helping to tackle human diseases and disorders. They are revolutionising their digital platform and are putting together a dedicated, small team to work alongside external partners. A key position is for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer who reports directly to the CIO and will take a significant role in improving the user experience, and building using modern technologies.
