## About the Role

* Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
 * Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration
 * Intune and endpoint management experience
 * PowerShell knowledge
 * Device provisioning and user onboarding experience
 * Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and security best practices
 * Experience with ITSM tools such as Atlassian
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

 * Windows Server administration
 * JAMF or other macOS MDM tools
 * Group Policy experience
 * PowerShell scripting

## Description

Join a team delivering secure digital solutions in highly classified environments. As a Support Engineer, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolve technical issues, and help maintain critical platforms that enable mission success.

What You'll Do

 * Provide 1st and 2nd line support across secure environments
 * Manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts
 * Support users remotely and desk-side
 * Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory
 * Provision devices and onboard users
 * Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles
 * Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service improvement, * Work on impactful projects within secure, mission-critical environments
 * Collaborate with experienced engineers and architects
 * Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies
