## About the Role

* Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions
 * Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes, including Council Tax, Business Rates and/or Housing Benefits
 * Experience working in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * The ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities
 * A collaborative approach with a focus on customer success

## Description

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You'll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica's Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes., * Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers

 * Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives
 * Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards
 * Delivering training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users
 * Supporting data migration, testing and go-live activities
 * Providing expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities
 * Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
 * Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders
 * Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes
