## About the Role

Our client is looking for a Data Engineer with 1-2 years' postgraduate experience to join their growing data team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has hands-on experience building data pipelines and wants to develop further in a supportive, hands-on environment., * 1-2 years' experience in a data engineering or related role

 * Experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
 * Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform
 * Experience with Python or similar programming language
 * Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
 * Good problem-solving and communication skills
 * Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
 * Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, dbt)
 * Experience with Git/CI-CD

## Description

* Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
 * Build automation and reporting tools using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script
 * Work with cloud platforms for data storage and processing
 * Support the design of data models and data warehouses
 * Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets
 * Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data quality issues
 * Document technical processes and workflows
