You'll work full-time with a Grayce client in York and contribute to real data-led work from the start. Depending on the project and your developing strengths, you could analyse datasets, build dashboards, communicate insights, improve data quality or support data pipelines and transformations. Alongside your client experience, Grayce's Accelerated Development Programme provides structured learning, dedicated mentoring and a minimum of six industry-recognised accreditations. What you could be doing Your responsibilities may include: * Analysing and interpreting complex datasets * Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement * Building dashboards, reports and data visualisations * Communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Supporting data pipelines and data transformations * Checking and improving data quality * Helping teams apply data governance standards * Contributing to data-led business and technology change You'll normally work with one client at a time, giving you the opportunity to understand its data, people and business challenges in depth.
