My client is fixing that - building AI workers that handle tenant engagement, landlord outreach, compliance and maintenance autonomously, replacing decades-old agency workflows. $5.5m+ raised from top-tier VCs, already live with agencies across the UK and gaining traction in the US. Now they need founding-level Full-Stack Engineers to own the whole stack, not a slice of it. You'll build the Python/FastAPI backend that orchestrates the AI agents - telephony and real-time voice, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and the event-driven architecture tying it all together. Just as much of this is traditional backend engineering too: API integrations with CRMs and property platforms, data modelling, webhooks, the plumbing that makes the AI actually work in production. You'll also touch the Next.js/TypeScript frontend the operators and customers use directly. Concept to production in days, not sprints. You're making the architecture calls, not waiting for someone else to. ## Related Videos - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [From Doubt to Confidence: How Sentry Uses Verdaccio to Bulletproof SDK Releases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/739-from-doubt-to-confidence-how-sentry-uses-verdaccio-to-bulletproof-sdk-releases) - [20 billion requests a week: Upgrading Twilio's API gateway at scale](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100234-20-billion-requests-a-week-upgrading-twilio-s-api-gateway-at-scale) - [Under the Hood of Building on Lovable](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100032-under-the-hood-of-building-on-lovable) - [Accelerating Authentication Architecture: Taking Passwordless to the Next Level](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/733-accelerating-authentication-architecture-taking-passwordless-to-the-next-level) - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Never delegate the understanding](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/749-never-delegate-the-understanding) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [What Are Large Language Models?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/304-what-are-large-language-models)
