 * Ability to stay effective under ambiguity and help a team do the same;
 * Genuine passion for design craft.

## Description

* Set visual design direction across multi-modal digital and AI experiences, including motion 3D and augmented reality;
 * Deliver outstanding visual and UI design work from concept to reality;
 * Set design standards across the studio;
 * Line-manage and mentor senior and junior designers;
 * Own client accounts and relationships;
 * Manage client expectations and maintain trust throughout projects;
 * Contribute to new business through proposals, pitches, and opportunities within existing accounts;
 * Work across disciplines, bridging visual craft with 3D, UX thinking, engineering constraints, and client strategy;
 * Explore and integrate new AI tools into the design workflow;
 * Design for AI-driven experiences;
 * Maintain high standards for typography, hierarchy, layout, interaction, and overall craft;
 * Support the team through ambiguity, iteration, testing, and changing direction.
