Cybersecurity, PII management) * Experience working with cloud-based architectures and SaaS platforms * Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders at senior levels * Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills Preferred Experience * Experience with HR/Legal transformations or large-scale digital transformation programs * Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and generative AI capabilities * Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, analytics, and semantic models * Experience with low-code platforms and workflow automation * Exposure to privacy, compliance, and HR / Legal data regulations * Experience working with global organizations and multi-region deployments, * Strategic thinking and enterprise architecture mindset * Ability to simplify complex architecture into clear, business-friendly narratives * Strong collaboration across HR, Legal, IT, data, and AI domains * Focus on reusability, scalability, and governance-by-design * Outcome-driven approach focused on business value and employee impact ## Description We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong domain expertise in Human Resources and Legal technology, combined with a deep understanding of AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and data-driven platforms.
