## About the Role

* Around 2 years of commercial software engineering experience
 * Experience working with LLM APIs or AI tooling
 * Ability to work independently and take ownership of work
 * Computer Science degree or similar technical background
 * Exposure to Python
 * Interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technologies
 * Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar AI assistants
 * RAG implementations
 * Azure or Google Cloud exposure
 * Knowledge of financial services data

## Description

You'll work as part of a small engineering team developing AI-powered products and supporting the delivery of solutions for clients operating within financial services.

The business embraces AI tooling as part of everyday development, and engineers are encouraged to explore new technologies, experiment and contribute ideas from day one.

You'll be involved in building applications, processing and modelling data, integrating AI services and helping shape the future direction of the platform.
