## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that improve business performance and decision-making., * At least 4 years' experience in a data analyst, performance analyst, business intelligence analyst or similar role focused on operational or delivery performance.

 * Strong analytical skills, including the ability to profile, cleanse, reconcile and interpret data from multiple sources.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
 * Strong experience using Power BI.
 * Good working knowledge of data querying.
 * Experience and working knowledge of SQL.
 * Good knowledge of Power Query, data modelling, relationships and DAX measures.
 * Experience defining baselines, targets, KPIs and supporting measures that show performance and progress and outcomes.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery.
 * Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders., * Strong attention to detail.
 * A collaborative and positive approach.
 * Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
 * An analytical and curious mindset.
 * Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
 * A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
