The Role This role focuses on managing and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions across retail operations, with a strong emphasis on advanced scheduling, forecasting, and workforce budgeting. The individual will support business-critical workforce processes by ensuring accurate system configuration, enabling data-driven decision-making, and improving labor cost efficiency.
