Sicherstellung einer hochverfügbaren IT-Infrastruktur, inkl. Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Backups und das Monitoring der Systeme Administration virtueller Systeme auf Basis Microsoft HyperV sowie Betreuung der Serverdienste, u.a. Exchange und Fileserver Aufnahme und Priorisierung von Problemen in die IT-Struktur, Problemanalyse und Störungsbeseitigung Verwaltung der Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechte Erstellung und Pflege der Bestandsdokumentationen
