Worum es geht: Unsere für die jeweiligen Produkte spezialisierten Plattformen sind über die Jahre gewachsen - stabil, produktiv, geschäftskritisch.
Gleichzeitig stehen wir vor der Aufgabe, diese Landschaft gezielt weiterzuentwickeln: hybrid, sicher, skalierbar: Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.
Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung für unsere Plattformarchitektur im Produktkontext - und triffst Entscheidungen, die langfristig tragen. Dabei bist du im Produktmanagement verankert und wirkst strategisch auf die Plattformentwicklung - nicht im operativen Betrieb.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?

 * Dein Impact: Du definierst und entwickelst unsere Zielarchitektur - von VMware-basierten Umgebungen bis zu cloud-nativen Architekturen in Azure
 * Du entscheidest mit, wie sich unsere Plattform technisch weiterentwickelt - nicht nachgelagert, sondern als Teil der Produktstrategie
 * Du verantwortest zentrale Security-Bausteine der Plattform (IAM mit OAuth2 / OIDC, Security Monitoring / SIEM) - diese Themen verstehst du als eigenständige Plattformfähigkeiten mit Produktcharakter, die du über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg weiterentwickelst - von der Konzeption bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
 * Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme skalierbar, wartbar und langfristig beherrschbar bleiben
 * Du bringst regulatorische Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2) sinnvoll in die Architektur - ohne Over-Engineering
