Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen Analyse und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und -Systeme Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer IT-Lösungen Erstellung von Projektplänen, -berichten und -dokumentationen Koordination und Überwachung der Projektaktivitäten Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme
