* Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen am Arbeitsplatz
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Kunden - telefonisch, per Ticket und vor Ort
 * Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Windows- und Apple-Geräten
 * De- und Installation von Software über Softwareverteilung
 * Aufbau, Abbau und Umzug von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Strukturierte Verkabelung und Patchen an Netzwerkschränken
 * Dokumentation und Inventarisierung von IT-Systemen und Geräten
 * Protokollierung von Störungen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
 * Einweisung neuer Mitarbeitender in IT-Systeme und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Mitarbeit in internen IT-Projekten, * Betriebliche Weiterbildung
