## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
 * Du bringst Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb oder Support mit - idealerweise im NOC/Leitstand, Rechenzentrum oder Cloud-Operations und gern auch im Schichtumfeld
 * Du verfügst idealerweise über gute Kenntnisse in Azure-Grundlagen, z. B. Monitoring, Compute/VMs, Storage sowie Backup & Restore; PowerShell-Skills sind ein Plus
 * Du kennst dich mit ITIL-Prozessen (Incident/Change/Problem) sowie Ticket- und Wissensmanagement aus und dokumentierst strukturiert
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Du bist bereit für Schichtdienst (Früh/Spät/Nacht, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)

## Description

* Du überwachst im 24/7-Leitstand den Gesundheitszustand der Plattform, behältst KPIs und SLAs im Blick und leitest bei Bedarf Eskalationen gemäß Runbooks ein
 * Du analysierst und behebst Incidents im 1st und 2nd Level, koordinierst bei Bedarf Kolleg:innen im 3rd Level und sicherst eine saubere Schichtübergabe
 * Du begleitest Changes und Releases, setzt freigegebene Wartungsfenster um und dokumentierst alle Schritte nachvollziehbar im ITSM-Tool
 * Du verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere Runbooks, Dashboards und Standardprozesse und teilst dein Wissen im Team, Wichtig ist uns vor allem deine Motivation, Neues zu lernen - nicht, dass du alles schon perfekt kannst.
