This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys hands-on technical work. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone, or in-person interactions, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. * Set up and configure new workstations, including computers, monitors, desktop phones, headsets, and related peripherals * Maintain, monitor, and manage the office network to ensure consistent uptime and performance * Diagnose and repair faulty network connections whether at the server rack, patch panel, or directly on the office floor * Support staff with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and general IT needs * Collaborate and coordinate with the IT Team and Document configurations, changes, and issues to maintain clear operational records, In addition to supporting your main office, you may occasionally travel to client sites in California, Florida, Texas, and other locations across the country.
