## Description

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Lead Data Center Technicians / Foremen to support a major data center construction project in El Paso, TX. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, coordinate daily installation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards., * Lead and supervise installation teams ranging from 6 to 20+ technicians.

 * Coordinate and assign daily work activities for field crews.
 * Install and support structured cabling systems, including:
 + OSP Fiber
 + ISP Fiber
 + Cat6 Cabling
 + Cable Tray Systems
 + J-Hooks and pathway infrastructure
 * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documentation.
 * Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
 * Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
 * Provide daily progress updates and feedback to Site Superintendents.
 * Coordinate manpower needs and staffing adjustments based on project requirements.
 * Address field issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with customers and other trades.
 * Perform hands-on installation work alongside crews as needed., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
