This position will require you to be onsite 5 days a week for at least the first six months. Then they will be evaluated and it could become a hybrid scenario. The hours for the role will be 10 am - 6 pm. This firm has converted high performing consultants from us in the past. In this role, you will be part of a team providing mostly phone/remote support for 1700+ users with issues involving Windows 11, Active Directory, MS Office 2016/365, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MobileIron MDM, Intune, Zoom, and iManage document management. They use Ivanti as their ticketing system and ITSM. The role is about 90% phone support and 10% floor/desktop support. It is a 35 hour work week. (Lunch is not billable.), Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
