## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including Atlassian experience across federal and commercial organizations. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree\n
 * Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance\n
 * IAT Level II Certification\n
 * 3+ years administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments, including workflow design, automation, permissions management, and plugin administration.\n
 * Experience designing custom dashboards, filters, and JQL queries.\n
 * Experience performing system backups, audits, re-indexes, and documenting SOPs.\n
 * Experience performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, migrations, and environment consolidations.\n
 * Experience integrating Atlassian tools with AWS environments.\n
 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills, including the ability to translate highly technical concepts for diverse audiences.\n
 * Experience supporting agile delivery environments (Agile, SAFe).\n, * Advanced JQL experience.\n
 * Experience supporting large federal programs and advising government stakeholders on Atlassian best practices.\n
 * Experience monitoring Atlassian infrastructure hosted on AWS.\n
 * Experience developing documentation, training content, and architecture diagrams for enterprise users.\n
 * Experience with Active Directory administration.\n

## Description

The CESO program is seeking a Jira Developer / Administrator with extensive experience supporting self-hosted Atlassian environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise configuring Jira and Confluence, optimizing workflows, implementing automation, supporting data migrations, and ensuring process governance in highly collaborative, agile-driven environments.
