As a Senior Engineering Manager you'll lead a team of engineers building the systems that turn raw signal into trustworthy, privacy-safe, actionable data across five connected domains: core data infrastructure, identity, measurement, audience targeting, and feature engineering for ML. This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our monetization strategy. Your team's work determines whether advertisers can reach the right audiences, prove positive ROI, and trust the numbers we report, all while upholding the privacy and safety standards our platform is known for. You'll set technical direction, grow a high-performing team, and partner closely with product, data science, privacy/legal, and the broader Ads organization. You Will * Build and lead a team of high-caliber software engineers.
