Key initiatives include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and enterprise data modernization efforts. The impact you'll make The Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related business process modernization. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards. The Program Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT, solution architects, vendors, and PMO leadership to design, implement, and optimize scalable business processes and technology solutions. The role requires strong program leadership, business process expertise, stakeholder management, change leadership, and execution excellence in a global environment.
