* Active SC Clearance.
 * Strong commercial experience with:
 + Microsoft Intune
 + Windows Autopilot
 + Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Experience supporting large-scale laptop deployment and refresh projects.
 * Strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Minimum 3 years' experience in endpoint engineering, with 5+ years desirable.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in secure, customer-facing environments.

## Description

* Assist with the build, configuration, and rollout of laptop devices.
 * Manage and support endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Provide 3rd Line (L3) support for endpoint-related issues.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, authentication, and configuration problems.
 * Support device provisioning, enrolment, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.
 * Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
