In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of organisational change, leading teams across both office and field environments to adopt new ways of working that improve operational performance, customer outcomes and regulatory compliance. You'll champion the development and implementation of Operational Intelligence capability, bringing people, processes and technology together to create lasting change. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you'll drive the delivery of our Strategic Roadmap by embedding new processes, procedures and quality standards, while ensuring our people have the training, support and engagement they need to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to influence business-wide transformation, build capability at scale and leave a lasting legacy across the organisation.
