You'll regularly need to explain technical decisions to people who aren't engineers. * Good judgement around when to move quickly, when to refactor and when not to over engineer. We're completely comfortable with engineers using AI as part of their development workflow. What matters is that you understand what you're building and can explain and defend the technical decisions behind it., * React * TypeScript * Supabase * n8n * BigQuery * Anthropic API You don't necessarily need to have worked professionally with every technology on that list. We're more interested in strong engineering fundamentals and evidence that you can get across a stack quickly than somebody who simply matches every keyword. * Experience in media, publishing, social or the creator economy. * Experience as a founding or early engineer within a startup. * Experience working in a small engineering team where you've had broad technical ownership. * BigQuery experience. * Experience with n8n or similar orchestration tools such as Temporal, Airflow or Prefect. * Experience replacing legacy or externally built systems with internal products. * Strong product and design instincts.
