## About the Role

If you're a Senior Android Engineer who likes to spot problems, own them and actually make things better, I'd love to tell you more.

## Description

You'll be working on a modern, customer-facing banking app, taking real end-to-end ownership of what you build. That could mean spotting a problem before it becomes a ticket, challenging how something is being done, improving releases or testing, mentoring another Engineer or simply getting the right people around a table to make a decision.

You'll be getting stuck into:

 * Modern Android development with Kotlin & Jetpack
 * Root-cause analysis and solving real production problems
 * Working collaboratively across Engineering, Product and the wider business
 * Taking ownership and helping drive technical improvements
 * Good understanding of Kotlin concurrency
 * Someone who takes ownership rather than simply completing tickets
 * A strong communicator who enjoys mentoring, collaborating and challenging ideas
 * Excited about AI and how it can improve modern software engineering

Experience within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Gambling or another regulated environment would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
