## Description

Provide SAP ECC MM/P2P production support and conduct onsite assessment activities to reduce operational friction, identify quick-win opportunities, and deliver a findings-based plan of action to improve Procure-to-Pay execution., * Provide SAP ECC production support for MM / P2P processes including:

 * PR to PO execution, approvals support, GR, and coordination with invoice processes
 * Shadow procurement users to identify bottlenecks, rework drivers, and manual workarounds.
 * Analyze root causes across configuration, master data, integration points, and custom process deviations.
 * Support prioritization using Epsilon diagnostic insights and operational observation.
 * Document findings and recommendations clearly for report-out and plan of action.
