## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
 * Proficiency in PTC CAD, and Creo
 * Experience with 3D in other software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, CATIA etc (will also be considered)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Knowledge of CAD customisation and scripting is a plus.
 * Living in the Watford/Hertfordshire vicinity, with a willingness to relocate for the right opportunity.
 * Certification in PTC Products.
 * Customer Demos.
 * Implementation knowledge of enterprise systems like Windchill, Thingworx, Codebeamer.

## Description

* Provide technical support for CAD software, including installation and troubleshooting.
 * Assist in developing and implementing CAD standards and best practices.
 * Conduct user training sessions and create documentation.
 * Manage CAD data and file systems.
 * Stay updated on CAD trends and technologies.
