 * Triage and investigate first-line security events
 * Escalate complex or high-priority incidents to Tier 2
 * Follow established playbooks and processes for incident handling
 * Assist with initial containment actions under guidance
 * Document findings and maintain accurate incident records
 * Support senior analysts during live security events
 * Learn and contribute to detection and response improvements
