## About the Role

* Strong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services environment
 * Proven delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ or Industries Cloud
 * Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, particularly with Flows and declarative automation
 * Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into practical solutions
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
 * Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copadoily>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience supporting user adoption, training and business change activities
 * Salesforce certifications highly desirable

## Description

* Lead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery
 * Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
 * Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
 * Configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilities
 * Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutions
 * Manage deployments using DevOps and release management tools
 * Support client adoption through training, onboarding and change activities
 * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice
 * Help drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assets
