## About the Role

* Will have experience working with multiple clients with diverse environments
 * Experience installing, configuring, and administering MS Windows 10 laptops/desktops
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Strong working knowledge with Office 365 applications including OneDrive and Sharepoint
 * Experience with user account management, Active Directory, O365 Account, and MFA.
 * Experience with VoIP phones, setup, management
 * Will have a basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, WIFI)
 * Must be a team player, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to meet established deadlines.
 * Will have strong, demonstrated communication and customer service skills are a must.

Education

 * High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
 * Course training or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

Certifications

 * Any MS Windows 7 or 10 certification preferred
 * A++ Certification

Requirements

 * Pass criminal background
 * Ability to lift computers (up to 40 lbs.), overall agility is needed to perform deskside support tasks.
 * This position requires local travel to and from our downtown Indianapolis office. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance., * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
